Docker plugin

This plugin enables integration with and provisioning of Docker containers on Linux hosts. Docker can manage lightweight application containers on Unix systems, which have isolated filesystem and system configuration, but run over a shared kernel. With RapidDeploy, Docker users can effectively provision and build their containers, manage their configuration and scale provisinoning containers. The plugin is capable of all basic operations required for Docker, including installing Docker, pulling, building and pushing back images.
