Uninstall procedure

The uninstall procedure is as follows:

1. Stop the web application using the stop-web-app.sh script or via the container stop command if not using tomcat.
2. If deployed to a non-default Web Application Server remove the Web Application
3. Delete the entire MidVision directory structure
4. Drop any Database schemas that were configured
5. On any servers configured with the agent, remove the agent files
